SOCIAL SERVICES.- CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE 2023 CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN FOR TOWN HALLS OF UP TO 10,000 INHABITANTS IN THE PROVINCE OF CIUDAD REAL. FIRST.- OBJECT: Granting financial aid for the acquisition of clothing and recreational elements of an educational nature, intended for families in the municipality with minors in their care and in a situation of social disadvantage and who are the subject of social intervention in the Social Services of their respective City Councils. SECOND.- BENEFICIARIES: Municipalities with up to 10,000 inhabitants in the province of Ciudad Real may benefit from this call, which is carried out through the competition regime with prior objective distribution. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES: The Regulatory Regulation of the Economic Assistance and Municipal Cooperation Plan of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council dated April 29, 2022 (BOP numbers 85 and 121, of May 4 and June 24 following), and supplementarily the legislation regulating public subsidies, will also be applicable. what is established in Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and Law 40/2015 on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
