First. Call. 1. Beneficiaries. a) For productive investments in aquaculture: natural or legal persons as well as communities of property and civil societies, holders of the administrative authorization necessary to carry out the cultivation for which the project for which aid is requested is intended. The aid planned for diversification through complementary activities will be granted to companies in the sector that present a business plan for the development of their new activities. b) For the creation of aquaculture companies: natural or legal persons as well as communities of property and civil societies that begin their activities in this sector, provided that: 1º They are holders of the administrative authorization necessary to carry out the cultivation in the place where the investment is intended to be carried out and they have the appropriate professional skills and qualifications. 2nd. They create a micro or small aquaculture business for the first time as its owners. 3rd. Present a business plan for the development of your aquaculture activities. Third. Object. The purpose of this order is to call for the year 2024 the aid provided for in the Order of July 13, 2023, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid, on a competitive basis, for the sustainable development of marine and continental aquaculture in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, under the Operational Program of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund 2021-2027. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of July 13, 2023, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid, on a competitive basis, for the sustainable development of marine and continental aquaculture in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, under the Operational Program of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund 2021-2027. Fifth. Amount. The provision of these help lines is set out in the tables included in the first section of this extract. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be as follows: a) First call for aid for productive investments in marine and continental aquaculture in Andalusia: from January 2 to 19, 2024, both inclusive. b) Second call for aid for productive investments in marine and continental aquaculture in Andalusia: from June 3 to 20, 2024, both inclusive. c) Single call for aid for the creation of sustainable aquaculture companies by new aquaculturists: from January 2 to 19, 2024, both inclusive.
