BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First. Call. The granting of subsidies is called for the period 2023-2025, under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at preventing damage to birdlife through the development of actions to correct high-voltage power lines in accordance with the requirements established in Royal Decree 1432/2008, of August 29, which establishes measures for the protection of birdlife against collision and electrocution in high-voltage power lines, in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU. Second. Beneficiaries. As established in article 5 of the regulatory bases, natural or legal persons who hold ownership of high-voltage overhead power lines with bare conductors, located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia within the protection zones indicated in article 2 of the regulatory bases, which cause damage to birdlife due to collision or electrocution, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies. Decree 1432/2008, of August 29, and have the legal obligation to proceed to its correction. Third. Object. The purpose of the regulatory bases is to grant subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, aimed at preventing damage to birds by carrying out actions to correct high-voltage power lines in accordance with the requirements established in Royal Decree 1432/2008, of August 29, which establishes measures for the protection of birds against collision and electrocution in high-voltage power lines. Room. Regulatory bases. Order of December 21, 2023, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, intended for the adaptation of high-voltage power lines to the requirements established in Royal Decree 1432/2008, of August 29, which establishes measures for the protection of birdlife against collision and electrocution on high-voltage power lines, within the framework of the Plan of Recovery, Transformation and Resilience financed by the European Union – Next Generation EU, and its call is made for the period 2023-2025. Fifth. Amount. The total amount available for this call is up to 11,187,264 euros. The budget item and the distribution of annuities corresponding to the period 2023-2025 is as follows: 1900180000 G/44E/77000/00 2021001103 MR02040201 2023 €3,104,689.00 2024 €6,000,000.00 2025 €2,082,575.00 TOTAL €11,187,264.00 The amount of subsidies per support or section of span, as a certain amount, in a module regime is as follows: 1,586.87 euros for each support and 6.6343 euros for each linear meter of span. This amount excludes VAT and industrial profit, but includes indirect costs. These unit values representing the cost of infrastructure corrections are supported by a prior market study and are established as modules. The subsidy granted for each electrical line benefiting from the subsidy will in no case be greater than the respective module multiplied by the number of supports and the linear meters of span to be corrected. No person, in global calculation, will be able to obtain more than 9,000,000 euros for all the subsidies for the high-tension overhead power lines of which they are the owners. Sixth. Applications and deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications for subsidies will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía in accordance with article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
