Extract from the Decree of June 17, 2022 of the Delegate of the Government Area of Urban Development, which approves the public call for subsidies 2022 for accessibility, conservation, energy efficiency and health actions of existing buildings for residential use, "Plan Rehabilita Madrid 2022". BNDS: First. Object.- The promotion and promotion of the implementation of accessibility, conservation, energy efficiency and health actions in existing buildings with characteristic residential use. Second. Beneficiaries and their requirements.- The communities of owners or groups of communities of owners of residential buildings for residential use, constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property. The owners who collectively own residential buildings for residential use, who meet the requirements established in article 396 of the Civil Code and have not granted the title constituting horizontal property. The sole owners of residential buildings for residential use in the single-family category. Cooperative societies composed of groups of owners of homes or buildings that meet the requirements established in article 396 of the Civil Code, as well as by owners who make up communities of owners or groups of communities of owners constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property. Third. Amount.- The total amount of the call amounts to 53,000,000.00 euros, distributed in the annuities 2022 (18,000,000.00 euros) and 2023 (35,000,000.00 euros). The aid covered by this call will consist of a percentage of the protectable budget, depending on the type of eligible action, all in accordance with the provisions of article 22 of the call and its Annex. Application submission deadline.- Two deadlines are established for the submission of subsidy applications in the following terms: The first deadline for submission of subsidy applications subject to this call will include the temporary period that begins the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid and ends two months after its publication. The second deadline for submitting applications for grants covered by this call will begin on October 1 and end on November 30, 2022. Fifth. Competent bodies.- The competent bodies for the investigation and resolution of the procedure regulated in the call will be respectively the General Director of Housing, Rehabilitation and Regeneration and the Delegate of the Government Area of Urban Development. Sixth.Publication.- The Urban Development Government Area will publish a list of the subsidies granted in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID without prejudice to its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Madrid City Council" and on the municipal website.
