Official description of the call
First. Object. The renovation of thermal installations with less polluting technologies in the municipality of Madrid, and is structured in a single area called "Diesel Boilers". Second. Beneficiaries. Natural persons, legal entities, communities of property or other entities without their own legal personality, with the specifications established in section 5 of the call. Under no circumstances may Public Administrations, their autonomous or dependent bodies, public companies or any other entity, regardless of its legal form, belonging to the public sector, benefit from this aid. Specifically, the following may be beneficiaries: a) Communities of owners of buildings for private residential use with two or more homes. b) Natural or legal persons, communities of property or other entities without their own legal personality, owners or tenants of: - privately owned properties of two or more homes or residential buildings belonging to Communities of Property; -establishments, premises or buildings belonging to the Tertiary Sector. Third. Regulatory bases. Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies, of October 30, 2013 (OBRGS). Room. Granting procedure. Simplified competitive competition procedure provided for in article 26.5 a) of the OBRGS. The aid object of this call will be granted to applications that meet each and every one of the established requirements, and in order of presentation, until the available budget is exhausted, or until the deadline for submitting applications ends. Fifth. Amount. The credit of the call amounts to ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€1,800,000.00), expandable by an amount of up to €900,000. The amount of the aid will be determined according to what is established in section 7 of the call. Sixth. Submission of applications. Applications may be submitted from April 20 to November 13, 2026, both included. Aid requests will be submitted electronically using the computer application available for this purpose, https://madrid.es/cambia360. Interested parties may submit their application directly, act through a representative or through a participating installation company. Seventh. Justification and payment. Applicants must submit the supporting documentation indicated in section 10 of the call, with a deadline of February 1, 2027. Payment of the amount of the aid will be made effective in accordance with section 13 of the call from the date of publication of the resolution of the concession, after justification by the beneficiary of the renewal and verification by the collaborating entity. Eighth. Accumulation and compatibility of aid. The aid granted under this Decree will be compatible with any other public aid, for the same investment, that may be granted by any body or authority of the Central, Regional and/or Local Administration, as well as that from the European Union or International Organizations. In the case of accumulation of public aid for the same project, the maximum amount of all of them together must be less than 90% of the incentive investment, VAT excluded, so that this aid must mobilize additional investments from private investors of at least 10% of the total investment for the energy efficiency and reduction of polluting emissions project. Ninth. Collaborating entity. The management of this line of aid will be carried out by the collaborating entity Association of Companies in the Facilities and Energy Sector (AGREMIA).
