SOCIAL SERVICES.- SOCIAL EMERGENCY AID PLAN. YEAR 2024. FIRST.- OBJECT: Granting a non-periodic benefit in kind to natural persons with the purpose of alleviating exceptional and urgent situations that may cause or exacerbate uprooting or social marginalization. SECOND.- BENEFICIARIES: Individuals and/or families with serious economic difficulties who reside in the province of Ciudad Real, in order to obtain extraordinary aid, to meet specific basic expenses: basic food and hygiene and exceptional cases, as detailed in Base I of the Call. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES: The General Ordinance Regulating the Bases for the granting of subsidies of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real will apply, approved by the Plenary Session of this Provincial Corporation, in a session dated April 29, 2022, published in the B.O.P. No. 121 of June 24, 2022, Local Regime Legislation and Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on Subsidies and Development Regulations, the provisions of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and Law 40/2015 of October 1, of Legal Regime of the Public Sector. The provisions of the Ordinance regulating the Electronic Management of Administrative Procedures in the Provincial Council also apply. FOURTH.- EVALUATION CRITERIA: Those contained in Base III of the Call itself. FIFTH.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: This Call will be valid from January 2, 2024 until December 15, 2024.
