Purpose The purpose is to call for the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, aid to finance the fixed costs of inclusion in the RETA or in the alternative Mutuality to Social Security of the corresponding professional association, of self-employed workers registered in a municipality of the Valencian Community with a population of less than 5,000 inhabitants who, within the year 2024, have not been registered for more than 5 years nor less than 3 uninterruptedly, in accordance with the requirements and exclusions established in the regulatory bases. Second. Financing Code Line Name of line Amount S0465 Aid Program to Promote Self-Employment in the CV 1,840,000.00 ¿ Third. Beneficiaries Self-employed workers with residence and tax domicile in the Valencian Community, who habitually, personally, directly, on their own account and outside the scope of management and organization of another person, carry out an economic or professional activity for profit, whether or not they provide employment to employed workers, in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of Law 20/2007, of July 11, on the Statute of Self-Employed Work. It will also apply to work, carried out on a regular basis, in the territory of the Valencian Community, by family members of self-employed workers. Room. Submission of applications and documentation The submission of applications and the attached documentation will be mandatory electronically. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from January 22, 2024 to February 15, 2024, both days included. Only applications that have been recorded in the electronic registry of the Generalitat until 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the submission period (official Spanish peninsular time) will be admitted. Sixth. Regulatory bases ORDER 5/2023, of July 10, of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor, which partially modifies Order 5/2020, of September 10, of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor, which approves the regulatory bases and establishes the procedure for granting aid from the Program to promote self-employment in the Valencian Community (DOGV 9653, of 08/02/2023).
