BDNS (identif.): 736509 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published. Object The objective is to call for the financial year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, aid aimed at promoting the maintenance and consolidation of self-employment in the territorial scope of the Valencian Community, through integrated actions of support, guidance, tutoring and technical advice to already constituted self-employed workers, in accordance with the requirements established in Chapter II of the regulatory bases of these subsidies, in accordance with the requirements and exclusions established in the regulatory bases. Second. Financing Code Line Name of line Amount S0465 Aid Program to Promote Self-Employment in the CV 150,000.00 ¿ Third. Beneficiaries Associations of self-employed workers that have legal personality, intersectoral character, autonomous scope and implementation in the territory of the Valencian Community, and are legally constituted in the Registry of Professional Associations of Self-Employed Workers of the Valencian Community. These entities must be registered in the aforementioned Registry before January 1 of the year prior to which the call to which they intend to access is published. Room. Submission of applications and documentation The submission of applications and the attached documentation will be mandatory electronically. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from January 29, 2024 to February 19, 2024, both days included. Only applications that have been recorded in the electronic registry of the Generalitat until 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the submission period (official Spanish peninsular time) will be admitted. Sixth. Regulatory bases ORDER 5/2023, of July 10, of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor, which partially modifies Order 5/2020, of September 10, of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor, which approves the regulatory bases and establishes the procedure for granting aid from the Program to promote self-employment in the Valencian Community (DOGV 9653, of 08/02/2023).
