EXTRACT "REGULATORY BASIS OF AID FOR STUDENTS. Academic year 2023/2024." FIRST.- PURPOSE The purpose of these Rules is to regulate the procedure for granting aid, on a competitive basis, for the 2023/2024 school year for those students who meet the conditions indicated in the fourth and fifth rules. SECOND.- APPLICABLE LEGAL REGIME This call will be governed, in general, by the provisions of the regulatory bases, in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and its Development Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the period 2022/2026, the General Ordinance regulating the bases for granting subsidies of the Tomelloso City Council and the Bases for the execution of the Municipal Budget for the current financial year; supplementarily, in Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and any other regulatory provision that, due to its nature, may be applicable. THIRD.- FINANCING AND COMPATIBILITIES The global amount of all aid may not exceed the amount of 24,000 euros and its payment will be made from the budget items of the Municipal Budget for the year 2024. The maximum amounts allocated for each level of studies are distributed as follows: a) Face-to-face university studies: 15,000 euros. b) In-person post-compulsory secondary education studies: 2,000 euros. c) In-person master's and/or postgraduate studies: 1,500 euros d) Distance learning: 1,500 euros. e) Elementary musical studies and music school: 4,000 euros. FOURTH.- RECIPIENTS Any resident of Tomelloso who is studying any of the subjects of the Spanish educational system listed below may apply for these aids: A.- In-person university studies: B.- In-person post-compulsory secondary education studies: C.- In-person master's and/or postgraduate studies. D.- Distance learning: E.- Elementary and music school musical studies: FIFTH.- REQUIREMENTS The requirements that beneficiaries must meet are the following: First.- The eligible family unit must be registered in Tomelloso for at least one year. Second.- Enrollment requirements: A) In-person university studies: a.1. Be enrolled in face-to-face teaching. a.2. Be enrolled in a minimum number of credits or subjects in the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic years, which varies depending on the studies in question B) In-person post-compulsory secondary education studies: b.1. Be enrolled in face-to-face teaching. b.2. Be enrolled in all the subjects included in the study plan, both in the 2022/2023 academic year and in 2023/2024. b.3. Applicants who opt for travel or residence aid: Be enrolled in teaching centers not located in the city of Tomelloso in courses not offered in Tomelloso. C) In-person master's and/or postgraduate studies: c.1. Be enrolled in face-to-face teaching. c.2. Be enrolled in all the credits of a university master's degree in the 2023/2024 academic year and have been enrolled in at least 60 credits in the 2022/2023 academic year. D) Distance studies: Be enrolled in at least 50% of the course load, according to the structure of the studies, both in the 2023/2024 and 2022/2023 academic years. E) Elementary musical studies and music school: Be enrolled in the Tomelloso Municipal Conservatory of Music in any of its elementary and/or music school courses. Third.- The eligible family unit, including the applicant in the case of being of legal age, must not be subject to any of the circumstances that prohibit having the status of beneficiary. Fourth.- The level of family income of the applicants may not exceed, depending on the number of eligible family members, the following: INCOME LEVEL € Families with 1 eligible member.................................. 14,826 Families with 2 eligible members.................................. 25,308 Families with 3 countable members................................. 34,352 Families with 4 countable members.................................
