EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF SPORTS ACTIVITIES BY NON-PROFESSIONAL FEDERATED ATHLETES. Mayor's Resolution 35/2024 dated January 24, 2024, which calls for subsidies to carry out sports activities by non-professional federated athletes for the 2023-2024 season, through the competitive competition procedure. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es). First. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries will be people who are individual, federated and non-professional athletes, due to their participation in official provincial, regional, national or international competitions. Second. Purpose The purpose of the call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to individuals registered in the municipality who practice non-professional federated sports, for participation in official competitions of a provincial, regional, national or international nature. Participation in competitions and the acquisition of sports equipment, carried out in the practice of all legally recognized sports, may be subject to subsidy. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies were approved in a Plenary Session on February 27, 2023 and published in BOTHA No. 45/2023 of April 17. Room. Amount of aid. For sports equipment: 50 percent of the expense with a maximum of 100 euros. For holding competitions: Provincial competitions: 50 euros Provincial competitions plus Euskadi competitions: 120 euros Provincial competitions plus Euskadi competitions plus state competitions: 200 euros State plus international championships: 230 euros The maximum limit of 100 euros for sports equipment will not be applicable in the event that the appropriate awards have been made and the budget item is not exhausted. In this case, the remaining amount will be distributed proportionally among the requests that meet all the requirements, always without exceeding 100 percent of the expense incurred. On the contrary, if the credit allocated is insufficient to meet all the applications submitted, the amount of the subsidy for sports equipment will be reduced proportionally to be able to meet them all. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as Annex to the bases, providing the documentation required therein, ending the submission period on September 30, 2024. Sixth. Documents to attach to the application: Federal license. Original of the invoice corresponding to the expenditure on sports equipment for which the subsidy is requested, as well as proof of payment thereof. In case of cash payment, the invoice must be stamped by the issuer stating its cash payment. Calendar, receipt and signed detailed list of participation in the tests during the year, indicating whether they are provincial, Euskadi, state or international.
