EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR HIRING VEHICLES WITH DRIVER, PUBLIC SERVICE OR PRIVATE COMPANY, TO GO TO LEISURE PLACES (GAUTXORI). Mayor's Resolution dated 31/2024 of January 24, which calls for subsidies for the hiring of vehicles with drivers, public service or private company, to go to leisure places (Gautxori). In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es). First. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries will be people registered in the municipality, with a minimum of one year's seniority, who are up to date with the payment of tax obligations with the Arratzua-Ubarrundia City Council until the final resolution of the subsidy, considering for these purposes any debt derived from public law income, except in the case of debts or sanctions that are deferred, divided or whose execution is suspended. This obligation extends to persons who exercise guardianship in the case of minors or legally incapacitated persons. Both obligations will be maintained until the requests are resolved. Second. Purpose The expense arising from the hiring of a vehicle with a driver (public service or private company) from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., to go to any location within the Historical Territory of Alava, will be considered eligible for subsidy. A maximum of 4 trips/journeys will be subsidized per person per month. The origin or destination of the trip/journey must be one of the towns in the municipality. If it is done on the same night, the round trip will be considered as two trips/journeys. If the vehicle is shared by several people, only the cost of one of them will be eligible. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies were approved in a Plenary Session on August 17, 2022 and published in BOTHA No. 115/2022 of October 7. Room. Amount of aid. The subsidies will amount to 40 percent of the expenditure incurred, until the budget item is exhausted. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Each applicant must submit a monthly application with a list of trips/journeys made therein. Sixth. Documents to attach to the request: Invoice or receipt similar to an invoice, from the company stating the day, time and origin and destination of the journey made.
