SOCIAL SERVICES - CALL FOR AID TO NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATIONS FOR SOCIAL PROJECTS AND EQUIPMENT. YEAR 2024. FIRST.- OBJECT: The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies for the year 2024, on a competitive basis to promote social programs of the beneficiary non-profit Associations legally constituted in the province of Ciudad Real, as well as for their equipment. Within the equipment modality, a subsidy may be requested for the acquisition of a vehicle whose purpose is to transport the users of the Association. SECOND.- BENEFICIARY ASSOCIATIONS: The following may access the subsidies of this call: a.- Associations of family members, and/or people with mental, physical and sensory disabilities and/or chronic diseases. b.- Associations for the prevention and treatment of drug addictions and other addictive behaviors. c.- Pro-ethnic minorities and immigration associations. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES: The stated call complies in its content with the General Ordinance regulating the bases for the granting of subsidies, approved by the Plenary Session of this Provincial Council, in a session dated April 29, 2022, (B.O.P. no. 121, of June 24, 2022), Local Regime Legislation and Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of Subsidies and Development Regulations, the provisions established in Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and Law 40/2015 of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, are also applicable. Likewise, the provisions of the Regulatory Ordinance of the Electronic Management of Administrative Procedures in the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real apply. FOURTH.- AWARD CRITERIA: Those contained in the Call itself. FIFTH.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: The deadline for submitting applications will be ONE MONTH from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province.
