Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. To access these benefits it will be necessary to meet the following general requirements. 1. For social emergency and energy poverty aid: People who, in addition to being in a situation of serious need, meet the following requirements can apply for this aid: - Be registered and reside in the municipality of Guadassuar at least six months in advance, in relation to the date on which the aid is requested. - Only in the case of risk situations, duly accredited by the basic Department of Social Services and deemed appropriate by the municipal body competent in granting aid, may this requirement be waived. - Be over 18 years of age or have legal emancipation or have legally initiated the emancipation process. However, minors who have dependent sons or daughters who have completed a child protection measure, as well as minors who have lost their father and mother, may exceptionally request it. - That the beneficiary does not have sufficient resources or income to cover the expenses derived from the emergency situation. - Not have movable or immovable property, other than the habitual residence, over which there is a right of ownership, possession, usufruct or any other that, due to its characteristics, valuation, possibility of exploitation or sale, indicates the existence of sufficient means to meet the need for which the aid is requested. - Not having access to aid from other Public Administrations that cover the need for which aid is requested. - Maintain seniority as a job applicant in specific organizations. - That the annual per capita income of the members of the family or cohabitation unit to which the applicant belongs does not exceed 100% of the current IPREM, in an annual calculation of twelve payments. - That it has the technical report that determines the need for the action that is the object of the aid and states that the municipal technical services have exhausted all the resources available to resolve the need. - For travel expenses, a document from the center attended will also be required, proving the need for the trip, the frequency and duration, and the budget for the trip that must be made, or if there is none, a responsible declaration from the beneficiary. 2. To improve the autonomy of older people The requirements that must be met to access this type of aid are the following: - Be registered and reside in the municipality of Guadassuar for at least six months in advance, in relation to the date on which the aid is requested. Only in the case of risk situations, duly accredited by the basic Department of Social Services and deemed appropriate by the municipal body competent in granting aid, may this requirement be waived. - Be over 60 years old. - That the applicant has motor or sensory deficiencies that prevent or hinder mobility through normal means. - That the request refers to elements related to accessibility and communication needs, excluding those that mean an improvement in the home or building that is not directly related to physical and/or sensory impairments. - Suitability of what is requested to cover the need raised by the subject. - That the beneficiary does not have sufficient resources or income to cover the expenses derived from the emergency situation. - Not have movable or immovable property, other than the habitual residence, over which there is a right of ownership, possession, usufruct or any other that, due to its characteristics, valuation, possibility of exploitation or sale, indicate the existence of sufficient means to meet the need for which the aid is requested. - Not having access to aid from other Public Administrations that cover the need for which the aid is requested. - That the annual per capita income of the members of the family or cohabitation unit to which the applicant belongs does not exceed 100% of the current IPREM, in an annual calculation of twelve payments. - That it has the technical report in which the need for the action object of the aid is determined.
