Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Natural persons over 18 years of age and registered in the municipality before the date of initial approval of these bases, who are owners/tenants who have the use of the home (according to data from the Municipal Register of Inhabitants) and who can prove ownership of the supplies and services that may be the subject of the subsidy, as well as legal entities that are owners of the home, may apply for aid (in this case, the aid may be requested by the legal representative, who must be registered in the municipality). Second. Purpose The purpose of these bases is to regulate the procedure for granting aid to families or coexistence groups made up of people registered in the municipality, to help meet household energy consumption expenses and housing expenses, at the same time promoting local economic development, through the delivery of wallet cards, which can be used exclusively in the establishments of the municipality that have joined. Third. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases definitively approved and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona dated January 30, 2024, with number. CVE 2024-0586. Room. Amount The funding for the call will be made with own resources. The amount of the call will be 400,000.00 euros, charged to budget item 231/480.00.02 “Ajuts als nuclis de convivència” for the year 2024. Fifth. Application submission deadline Applications may be submitted from the day following the publication to the BOP Tarragona of the announcement of the extract of this call, and until May 31, 2024. Sixth. Notifications Notification of the resolutions to grant, deny and withdraw subsidies requested during the call will be made through a collective notification announcement that will be published on the electronic notice board on the municipal website. Seventh. Publication Publish the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona, in the terms provided for in articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
