Official description of the call

First- Beneficiaries. Consumer associations, non-profit, with local implementation and scope of action in Logroño. must be registered in the municipal registry of citizen entities. Second- Object. Regulate the granting of subsidies by the city council to consumer associations. Third- Regulatory Bases. Approved by full agreement no. 02-03-2023/O/005 dated March 2, 2023 (BOR no. 50 dated March 13, 2023). Fourth- Amount. Total amount of 6,500 euros. Fifth- Deadline for submission of applications 15 business days from the publication of this extract in the BOR. Sixth- Other data of interest. Call: The full text of the call will be available on the Logroño City Council website at the following link: https://logrono.es/-/subvencion-a-asociaciones-de-consumidores-de-la-ciudad-ano-2024-1?p_l_back_url=%2Fbecas-y-subvenciones%3Fanio%3D1727 Applications: They will be presented in a formalized form “subsidy application AYT.DO.20/1” In the terms of the provisions of art. 14.2 of Law 39/2015, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, consumer associations will be obliged to submit the corresponding application and accompanying documents by electronic means. If any of the entities participating in the thematic presentation do so in person, they will be warned that the Law provides that they will be required to correct it through electronic presentation, in the terms of the provisions of art. 68.5 of the aforementioned Law 39/2015 and the date of submission of the application will be considered the date on which the correction has been made, so that the in-person application will take effect from the correction. When, despite what is stated in the previous paragraph, it is necessary to accompany physical documentation on paper, attached to the thematic presentation, it must be in a folder or binding with an index of its contents, indicating that it is directed to the Citizen Participation unit. The electronic presentation headquarters of the Logroño City Council is located on the website www.logrono.es and electronic presentation will also be enabled through the electronic registry of the state's general access point at https://administracion.gob.es. Documentation: That provided for in article 9 of the call. Assessment criteria: Those provided for in article 11 of the call. Payment method: 90%, from the adoption of the final award agreement. The remaining 10%, from the moment the expense is justified. Form of justification: In accordance with the provisions of article 11 of the regulatory bases. Maximum justification period: Before January 15, 2025.
