Additionally, based on Art. 58 of the Regulation of Law 38/2003, in the form of Housing Rental Aid, funds not distributed in the 2024 Call may be counted on in the lines of Innovation and Social Project Subsidies and Social Development Subsidies of the Social Services Area. The effectiveness of these additional amounts will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit prior to approval of the appropriate budget modification. The maximum amount of each aid, in general, will be €6,000.00, payable directly to the landlord, through monthly installment payments, after justification by the beneficiary, of having paid their part of the monthly rent corresponding to the previous month. The maximum number of beneficiaries will be conditional on budget availability and the exhaustion of the allocation allocated to this type of aid. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications Applications may be submitted throughout 2024, depending on existing budget availability at any given time. The form is established in the Social Assistance Program of the Córdoba City Council, through making an appointment with a Social Worker from the Community Social Services that corresponds to the residence and situation of the case. Sixth: Justification The beneficiaries of the aid must justify, within a period of fifteen calendar days following the end of the period for payment of the rent established in the lease contract, to VIMCORSA the reality of the payment made in the part of the rental price to which they committed by means of a receipt, proof of transfer, bank note or by any other means that accredits the reality of the income. Failure to present having paid your part in the rental price will imply the loss of the right to receive said monthly payment, continuing with respect to the others as long as they are duly justified.
