Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: First. Beneficiaries Natural persons who are owners or usufructuaries of the homes and premises in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz, with the exception of the area affected by the current Call for aid for the rehabilitation of homes and residential buildings in the Medieval Center of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Natural persons who, to date, do not have the right to receive a municipal subsidy recognized or have received municipal aid for the eligible actions provided for in the call. Second. Purpose To regulate the procedure and conditions for the granting of financial aid aimed at promoting rehabilitation actions in homes and residential buildings in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz during the years 2024-2025. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by agreement of the Local Government Board of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council dated March 1, 2024; will be published in BOTHA. Room. Amount The maximum endowment for this call is four million euros (€4,000,000.00) Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the call until December 31, 2025 or the immediately preceding business day.
