Official description of the call
BDNS (id): 749130 First. Beneficiaries. 1. Youth associations, entities providing services to youth, political parties with a youth section, unions with a youth section, and other associations that have statutorily recognized functional autonomy, organization and self-government for specifically youth affairs may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, as long as they are duly registered on the date of publication of this call extract in the Registry of Youth Associations and Entities Providing Services to Youth of Cantabria regulated by Decree 19/2002, of February 28, and have a structure and financing that guarantees the development of their activity. 2. Groups of two or more associations or entities described in the previous section may also obtain beneficiary status, under the terms of article 2.2 of the regulatory bases. Second. Object. The purpose of this Order is to call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at promoting the activity and operation of youth associations, entities providing services to youth and political parties with a youth section and unions with a youth section of Cantabria, as long as they meet the requirements set out in article 2 of the Third regulatory bases. Regulatory bases. This call is governed by the provisions of Order ECD/42/2018, of April 16, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at promoting the activity and operation of youth associations, entities providing services to youth, and political parties with a youth section and unions with a youth section of Cantabria (BOC No. 81, of April 25, 2018), modified partially by Order UIC/3/2020, of February 3 (BOC no. 30, of February 13, 2020) Fourth. Amount. The maximum overall amount of this call is set at three hundred and thirteen thousand euros (€313,000), with the following breakdown: Program I: €280,000 Program III: €33,000 Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. Sixth. Other data. The request, which must be signed by the legal representative, will be formulated in an official form, which can be obtained along with the rest of the annexes on the Institutional Portal of the Government of Cantabria, https://www.cantabria.es/web/atencion-a-la-ciudadania/ayudas-y-subvenciones and on the website of the General Directorate of Youth (www.jovenmania.com), and must be addressed to the Counselor. of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality and presented through the general electronic registry of Cantabria accessible at the following electronic address: https://rec.cantabria.es/ and will be accompanied by the documentation indicated in the Resolution approving the call.
