Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of the subordinate financing will be private companies that operate in any sector of activity, with the exception of those established in the fourth section of the call, and that develop business projects of an innovative nature or actions aimed at the expansion and/or consolidation of the company. The beneficiary entities must meet the requirements set out in the fifth section of the call. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is the granting of subordinated loans for the financing of small and medium-sized companies with a production or activity development establishment or branch that is located in the Valencian Community. This action is likely to be co-financed by the European Union through the Comunitat Valenciana Regional Development Fund Program (ERDF) 2021-2027. Third. Regulatory rules AGREEMENT of March 11, 2024, of the Executive Council of the Portfolio Fund of the Comunitat Valenciana FEDER 2021-2027 Program, which approves the call that includes the regulatory rules of the financial instrument subordinated loans of the Comunitat Valenciana FEDER 2021-2027 Program Fourth.
