BDNS In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Purpose and regulatory bases. 1. The purpose of this call is to subsidize, for the year 2024, the labor and Social Security costs derived from the indefinite hiring of people who work in the Support Units for professional activity, within the framework of the personal and social adjustment services of the Special Employment Centers, within the Community of Madrid. 2. The regulatory bases for these subsidies are contained in the Order of July 8, 2022, of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to units supporting professional activity, within the framework of the personal and social adjustment services of the special employment centers, of the labor inclusion program for people with disabilities in the protected labor market. Second. Beneficiary entities and requirements. 1. The entities that own the Special Employment Centers and said Centers may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this order, when they have their own legal personality and are duly registered and qualified as such in the Registry of Special Employment Centers of the Community of Madrid. 2. The entities benefiting from this aid must meet the following general requirements: a) Be up to date with their obligations with Social Security. b) Be up to date with your tax obligations with the State and the Community of Madrid. c) Be up to date with payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies in the terms provided for in article 21 of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of November 21. d) Not be sanctioned either administratively or criminally with the loss of the possibility of obtaining subsidies or public aid, nor be subject to any legal prohibition that disqualifies them from doing so. e) Have carried out the occupational risk prevention plan referred to in article 16 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, in accordance with the provisions of section f) of article 8 of Law 2/1995, of March 8, on Subsidies of the Community of Madrid. 3. Likewise, the beneficiary entities must meet the following requirements: a) Comply with the obligation established in the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the rights of people with disabilities and their social inclusion, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, to maintain the minimum percentage of 70% of people with disabilities hired with respect to the total workforce throughout the eligible period established in the corresponding Call Order. For these purposes, non-disabled personnel dedicated to the provision of personal and social adjustment services will not be considered. b) Be up to date with compliance with the registration obligations established in Decree 96/1997, of July 31, which creates the Registry of Special Employment Centers of the Community of Madrid or regulations that replace it, which includes the obligation to present the annual report to the General Directorate responsible for the registration of Special Employment Centers. c) Carry out exclusively the activities for which they are qualified through Administrative Resolution and Registration in the Registry of Special Employment Centers of the Community of Madrid. d) Have the members of the Professional Activity Support Unit assigned to a contribution account code that corresponds to a work center registered in the Registry of Special Employment Centers of the Community of Madrid. 4. Beneficiaries must maintain compliance with the requirements set out in this article throughout the eligible period, without prejudice to those established in article 34.5 of Law 38/2013, of November 17, General Subsidies and section f) of article 8 of Law 2/1995, of March 8, on Subsidies of the Community of Madrid. 5.
