Official description of the call
EDICT First.- Beneficiaries. In the line of hiring aid, the beneficiaries will generally be considered to be companies or entities with their own legal personality, regardless of their legal form, that hire unemployed people for an employment relationship in work centers located in the Valencian Community, with respect to new hires made with unemployed people registered in the municipality and that take place from October 1, 2023 until the deadline for submitting applications or until the application is exhausted. total budget allocation, whichever comes first. In the line of self-employment aid, unemployed people registered in the municipality who become self-employed or commercial micro-enterprises or cooperatives, and register with the Treasury and the Social Security regime that applies to them, will be considered beneficiaries, from October 1, 2023 until the deadline for submitting applications or until the budget allocation is exhausted, whichever comes first. Second.- Purpose. The purpose of this call is to establish incentives to promote employment, supporting companies in hiring new workers; and also to self-employment as self-employed workers or micro-businesses, thus promoting the socio-labor insertion of the group of unemployed people in the municipality of Puçol. Third.- Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases have been approved by resolution of the Mayor-Presidency No. 1989, of March 25, 2024, and published in the BDNS and in the Official Gazette of the Province. Fourth.- Amount. The budget allocation for the aid regulated in this call, carried out by Application 550-241-47000 of the current municipal budget for 2024, will be a maximum global amount of €58,066.00. The granting of these subsidies is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budget for the corresponding year. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The application period will be open from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, and until September 30, 2024.
