Official description of the call

Extract from the agreement of the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, dated April 9, 2024, which approves the call for the Village Plan 2024. First.- Beneficiaries: All the Municipalities of the province that have Villages, and request it, may benefit from this Plan, in accordance with the content of this call and the Regulations regulating the Plan, Economic Assistance and Cooperation Municipal. Second.- Object The purpose of this call is to grant aid to the Municipalities of the province, for the execution of investments in the Villages of their municipal area, with the purpose that they can provide public services that contribute to satisfying the needs and aspirations of the neighborhood community in the terms provided for in article 25 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime. This call is framed within the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan, and is carried out through the competition procedure with prior objective distribution. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are established in the Regulatory Regulation of the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council in a session of April 29, 2022 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 121, of the following June 24. Fourth.- Award criteria: The maximum amount that each Municipality can obtain within the 2024 Village Plan appears in Annex I of the call, and is established by a fixed amount per Village, 11,891.89 euros, increased by 23.37 euros for each inhabitant of said population unit, in accordance with the data from the latest revision of the Municipal Register of Inhabitants approved by the INE, referring to 1 of January 2023. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications ends on May 31, 2024. Sixth.- Other information: The applications derived from this call and the rest of the procedures that may apply must be carried out exclusively electronically.
