Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the subsidy call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) and on the notice board of the electronic headquarters of the Quart City Council of Poblet, (https://quartdepoblet.sedipualba.es/tablóndeanuncios). 1.- Beneficiaries: Those communities of owners in the municipality of Quart de Poblet, whose old buildings are susceptible to installation of elevators for the first time, adaptation and renovation works that have obtained a municipal license and have been carried out during the year of the call, or have been completed in the immediately preceding year and that meet the requirements established in section 3 of the Regulatory Bases for said aid, may apply for the subsidy. 2.- Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies for the installation of elevators in buildings for collective residential use in the municipality of Quart de Poblet, as well as the renovation or expansion of the elevator to remove architectural barriers. The installation of stair lifts will be subsidized when the technical impossibility of any other more integrative and accessible solution in the building is justified, for the removal of architectural barriers intended for people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility accredited with the corresponding disability certificate issued by the Generalitat Valenciana as well as people over 80 years of age. 3.- Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Quart de Poblet City Council approved definitively (BOP no. 89 dated May 12, 2021). 4.- Amount: the maximum global amount intended to cover the aid referred to in this call amounts to a total amount of 15,000 euros, charged to budget application 1522-48900 of the Municipal Budget for the year 2024. The maximum amount of the subsidy will not exceed ten percent (10%) of the effective cost of the works and rehabilitation works, setting a maximum amount of five thousand euros. (€5,000) per community of owners. 5.- Deadline and form of submission of applications: The application will be submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the City Council accessible from the website (https://quartdepoblet.sedipualba.es/carpetaciudadana/tramite/instancia general), by means of a request addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council of Quart de Poblet, and will be signed electronically using an electronic signature based on a recognized electronic certificate, in accordance with the provisions of the law. 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Procedure of Public Administrations, by the president or authorized representative of the community of owners. They may also submit the application in any of the ways provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (LPACAP). The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province until September 13, 2024. In addition, the call will be made public in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) as well as on the notice board of the electronic headquarters of the Quart de Poblet City Council. Which is published for general knowledge and in compliance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies.
