Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Purpose and scope of the call The purpose of this resolution is to call in the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, subsidies for non-economic activities, developed by entities of the entrepreneurship ecosystem of the Valencian Community, that encourage, promote and promote the entrepreneurial culture, within the following aid programs: a) Program I: Training and mentoring projects. This program consists of supporting training and mentoring actions that stimulate the entrepreneurial vocation, as well as the creation and development of a business idea or project in its initial phases of definition and viability evaluation. Mentoring will focus on support and advice in the reception phase and during the first steps in creating the business project. The actions will be aimed at young university students and, in general, entrepreneurial people with a business idea. b) Program II: Activities to support, incubate and accelerate business projects. This program consists of supporting the implementation of activities to support, incubate and accelerate business projects, including support during the development of the business plan, its promotion and the implementation of actions aimed at streamlining and consolidating the projects of entrepreneurial people. The actions will be aimed at entrepreneurs who have a business model and a business plan that allows them to analyze their business model and recognize the levers of change to take them to the next level, define communication strategies and increase their employability and professional development. c) Program III: Information, awareness and dissemination activities. This program consists of supporting the carrying out of information, awareness and dissemination activities that encourage, promote and give visibility to entrepreneurship in the Valencian Community, generating business opportunities for entrepreneurs. Included as eligible actions are the preparation of studies, holding of fairs, meetings, conferences and, in general, any type of event that affects the entrepreneurship ecosystem of the Valencian Community. Second. Financing 1. For the year 2024, the aid called will be financed from line S1464 of budget program 322B00, chapter IV, up to a maximum estimated global amount of 2,500,000 euros, from the Generalitat's own funds. 2. The following distribution by programs of the maximum overall amount of this call is established, without prejudice to the fact that it is expressly given an estimative nature: a) Program I: Training and mentoring projects: 900,000 euros. b) Program II: Activities to support, incubate and accelerate business projects: 800,000 euros. c) Program III: Information, awareness and dissemination activities: 800,000 euros. Third. Beneficiary entities 1. Entities or groups thereof, associations, foundations, public and private universities and other non-profit associative structures that carry out activities linked to the promotion of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the Valencian Community, with their own legal personality, that have their headquarters or registered office in the Valencian Community, may be beneficiaries. 2. Communities of property and civil societies without legal personality, as well as public administrations and their public sector, are excluded. Room. Regulatory bases ORDER 2/2024, of February 29, of the Department of Innovation, Industry, Commerce and Tourism, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid aimed at promoting the entrepreneurship ecosystem of the Valencian Community (DOGV 9862, 01.03.2024). Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from April 26 to May 24, 2024, both days included. Only applications that have been recorded in the electronic registry of the Generalitat until 11:59:59 p.m. will be admitted.
