Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Purpose To call for the aid regulated in Order 8/2023, of April 20, of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, for the year 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for intervention aid in the beekeeping sector of the Valencian Community. Second. Beneficiaries The following may apply for this aid: a) Natural or legal persons, or entities without legal personality, owners of beekeeping farms, including those that are members of shared ownership farms contemplated in Law 35/2011, of October 4, on shared ownership of agricultural farms. b) Groups of beekeepers, to the extent that their partners or associates who are beneficiaries of the aid established in the Order comply with the requirements established for the people referred to in letter a above. Third. Regulatory Bases The bases are included in Order 8/2023, of April 20, of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, which establishes the regulatory bases for intervention aid in the beekeeping sector of the Valencian Community. Room. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is 20 business days from the day following the publication of this extract of the Resolution. Fifth. Amount The financing of the aid will be made from European EAGF funds (50%), state funds (25%) and the Generalitat Valenciana (25%). Interventions 2.2.2, 2.3.1, 2.4, 2.5, 3.2 and 3.3 of Annex I will be carried out by budget line S1362 (Chapter VII) of the AVFGA for an amount of 562,319.24 euros. The rest of the Interventions detailed in Annex I will be carried out under budget line S1361 (chapter IV) of the AVFGA 1,303,200 euros. Sixth. Other data 1. Applications and the accompanying documentation will preferably be submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat at the internet address sede.gva.es/es/proc24826, and may also be submitted in the records of the administrative bodies to which they are addressed and in any of the records provided for in the legislation regulating the common administrative procedure, using the corresponding standardized model available through the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat, at the address internet: headquarters.gva.es/es/proc24826. 2. Persons obliged to interact with the Generalitat through electronic means, in the terms of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure, as well as applicants who, not being obliged to do so, opt for this route, will submit the applications electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat at the Internet address sede.gva.es/es/proc24826 3. The documentation to be provided is that provided for in Order 8/2023, of April 20, of the regulatory bases and in this call.
