Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Any natural or legal person, private or public, community of property or any other type of economic unit or separate property, even if they lack legal personality, who holds the status of owner, tenant, usufructuary, or holder of real rights or any other right that legitimizes them for the use and exploitation of the single-family home or the private elements of the building to be rehabilitated, may be beneficiaries of this aid, provided that they are located in the municipality of Zuia. Second. Object. The object of this call is to regulate financial aid for the recovery and rehabilitation of hamlets, homes and buildings for predominantly residential use in the municipality of Zuia, with the dual purpose of maintaining the architectural heritage and allocating it to the use of habitual or rental housing, within the rental programs of the Basque Government. The aid will be granted on a competitive basis and in execution of the provisions of the strategic plan of the Zuia City Council. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this subsidy were approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation on April 18, 2024 and will be published in the BOTHA. Room. Amount. The amount of aid will be calculated based on the protectable budget, the type of work, the weighted income of the cohabitation unit, based on the amounts established in the table of article 12 of the Regulatory Bases. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications may be submitted from the day after the publication of these rules in the provincial bulletin until December 10, 2024. The documentation will be presented in the general registry of the City Council. Sixth. Other data. The bases of the call are found on the page www.zuia.eus.
