Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. http:www. pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans First. Object, purpose and scope of application 1. It is the object of this resolution to call for the granting of subsidies to exhibition halls and theaters with stable programming of theatre, dance and circus with the purpose of financing exhibition projects of cultural shows of their own production, guests and residency projects and creative processes in exhibition halls and theaters of private management, which offer and regularly implement a stable programming of theatre, dance and/or circus shows, of a professional nature, in the field of the performing arts of the Valencian Community, with the ultimate goal that citizens can have a diversified and quality offer. Subsidies will be awarded in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, and through the competitive competition regime. Second. Persons and entities beneficiaries of the aid To obtain the status of person or entity beneficiary of this aid, the requirements established in article 7 of the bases order must be met. Room. Financing of aid, distribution and amounts. In accordance with Law 8/2023, of December 27, on the budgets of the Generalitat for the financial year 2024 (DOGV 9756, 12/30/2023), the aid called will be allocated to the credit provided for in section G0118, entity 016, subsidy line S0993 “Promotion of the performing arts”, for an amount of 3,200,000 euros, 1,550,000 euros correspond to the 2024 annuity and 1,650,000 euros to the 2025 annuity. Without prejudice to the above, the amount corresponding to the 2025 annuity is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the corresponding budget law of the Generalitat for 2025, in accordance with the provisions of application of Law 1/2015, of 6 February, from the Generalitat, public finances, the instrumental public sector and subsidies. This amount may be increased if there is an increase in the aforementioned budget line. Fifth. Form and deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Applications, in a standardized model, must be addressed to the IVC, electronically through the electronic headquarters registry accessible from the website https://sede.ivc.gva.es/ Sixth. Deadline and form of justification and payment of aid 1. All documents that serve to justify the aid must be signed by the beneficiary, or by the legal representative of the beneficiary entity and presented to the IVC until November 30, 2024, electronically through its headquarters, for the 2024 annuity and until November 30, 2025 for the 2025 annuity. Lack of justification Within this period it will determine the revocation of the granted subsidy.
