Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call 1. Incentives for the basic infrastructure of industry projects in Andalusia are called in fiscal year 2023, to be granted on a competitive basis, under the Order of June 22, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of incentives for the basic infrastructure of industry projects in Andalusia, in accordance with the material and territorial scope detailed in the second and third resolutions. 2. Applications processed under this call will be governed by the provisions of the Order of June 22, 2023, by this call and other applicable regulations and, also, by Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 of December 13, 2023 regarding the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to aid for minimis (OJUE-L-2023-81820 of 12/15/2023 pages 1-12). 3. The incentives will be financed from the following budget appropriations for the 2024 financial year, for the maximum amounts specified below: Budget appropriations 2024 Total 2000010000 G/73B/77002/00 01 2023000791 €1,000,000 €1,000,000 Second. Applicant persons or entities and requirements. 1. The applicant persons or entities must be considered a company in accordance with the provisions of Annex I of Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014 of the Commission, of June 17, 2014, which declares certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the treaty, and that the action for which the incentive is requested is intended for economic activity. 2. The requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary entity or person are those established in section 4 of the Summary Table in relation to article 3 of the articulated text of the standard regulatory bases approved by Order of December 20, 2019, which approves the standard regulatory bases and the standard forms of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime (BOJA n 249, of 30 December). 3. Likewise, in accordance with article 13.3.bis of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, for subsidies of amounts greater than 30,000 euros, when the requesting entities are only subjects included in the scope of application of Law 3/2004, of December 29, which establishes measures to combat late payment in commercial operations, they will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary or entity. collaborating companies that fail to comply with the payment deadlines provided for in the aforementioned law. Third. Object. The purpose of the incentives for the basic infrastructure of industry projects in Andalusia is to provide financial support to partially or totally cover the investments or expenses paid during the current year of the corresponding call necessary for the implementation of industrial or service-industrial projects, provided that the start of the investment has been demonstrated. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of June 22, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of incentives for the basic infrastructure of industry projects in Andalusia (BOJA no. 122, of June 28). Fifth. Amount. 1. The maximum budget allocation is reflected in the table in the first section. 3. 2. The maximum and minimum amounts of the subsidy will be calculated in accordance with the provisions of 5.a) of the Summary Table. Sixth. Territorial scope of the call. In accordance with the first additional provision of the Order of June 22, 2023, the territorial scope of this call is the province of Cádiz and, therefore, provincial in scope. Seventh. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting incentive applications will begin the first business day following the date of publication in the Bulletin.
