Official description of the call
FIRST. Purpose of the call. The purpose of this public call is the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to support the development of projects to promote equality between women and men, as well as equality in diversity in emotional-sexual orientation, executed by non-profit entities in the municipality of Alzira in the year 2024. SECOND. Requirements of the requesting entities. The entities to which the ownership of the center or service that develops the projects object of this subsidy may apply for this aid. The entities will have to be established at the municipal level or serve people from the municipality of Alzira. The entities must have developed permanent activities for at least a period of two years prior to their application and be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. In the case of associations, it will be considered a necessary requirement to be duly registered as such in accordance with current regulations, as well as to be officially recognized by the competent public bodies. Those entities that are in any of the prohibition situations as provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries of these subsidies. THIRD. - Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Alzira City Council, in the session held on January 29, 2020, has definitively approved the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Alzira City Council, which contains the regulatory bases of the procedure for the granting of subsidies by this City Council, and the full text of the same has been published in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia No. 29, dated February 12, 2020. FOURTH. Deadline and place for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. FIFTH.- Maximum total amount of aid called: The subsidies provided for in this call will be allocated within the budget limits charged to item 2316 48000, with the name "Subsidies to entities promoting equality" of the municipal budget for the year 2024, for a maximum total amount of 4,000 euros, intended for this call. SIXTH. Documentation that must accompany the application. The applicant entities will have to provide the following documentation: - Instance signed by the person holding the legal representation of the applicant entity, according to the model provided to the electronic headquarters of the City Council, in which the project of activities for which the subsidy is requested will be recorded. - Project in which complete and detailed information will be included. At a minimum, the project will contain: 1. Title of the project. 2. Responsible or responsible. 3. Justification. 4. Objectives. 5. Beneficiary population. 6. Activities. 7. Timing. 8. Necessary human and material resources, providing a resume and indicating the professional category of the person who will direct or carry out the activity. 9. Total budget broken down of the activity to be carried out, indicating income and expenses by concept. 10. Evaluation. 11. Possibility of continuing the activity. - Accreditation of the representation held by the person signing the application, accompanied by a copy of their ID. - In the case of requesting the subsidy for the first time, the statutes of the entity. SEVENTH.- Resolution: The competent body for the resolution will be the Local Government Board. The maximum period for communicating the resolution or agreement to grant or deny aid will be six months, counting from the publication of the call. EIGHTH. Justification and payment: Aid will be paid after justification. To collect the subsidies regulated by these rules, the presentation of the supporting account is required, according to the model in Annex II of this call before November 15.
