Beneficiary entities Entities from the third sector of social action that carry out activity in the Valencian Community. Second. Purpose To subsidize personnel and current expenses for the implementation of projects to develop integrated itineraries for the socio-labor insertion of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion that are developed in the territorial scope of the Valencian Community during the financial year 2024. Third. Regulatory bases The bases are contained in Order 10/2017, of November 29 (DOGV no. 8182, 01.12.2017), of the Vice Presidency and Ministry of Equality and Inclusive Policies, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at the development of integrated itineraries for the socio-labor insertion of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion. Room. Amount 1. This call for the year 2024, the maximum total amount to be granted amounts to 7,000,000 euros, distributed as follows: Entities in the third sector of social action, a maximum of 7,000,000 euros, a maximum of €42,857.14 will be subsidized as gross salary costs plus 25% of said amount as other costs. eligible for project. 2. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of this call resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Other information 1. Applications: the submission of applications will be electronic. In accordance with the provisions of the first additional provision of Order 10/2017, subsidy applications will be submitted exclusively electronically, using the electronic signature of the applicant entity or the person representing it. For the purposes of participation in this subsidy application, it is considered that the very signing of the subsidy application by the entities likely to be beneficiaries, by themselves or by representative, implies the legal and acting capacity necessary to: - Request the aid. - Allow access to the Autonomous Interoperability Platform. - Designate the bank account where the subsidy will be transferred, if applicable. - Assume the responsible declarations of non-concurrence of legal cause to obtain the status of beneficiary (article 13 of Law 38/2003, general of subsidies). A telematic application will be submitted for each entity. The application model is available on the Generalitat portal https://sede.gva.es by accessing the “Prop Guide” section, “Procedures and services”, duly completed and signed by the legal representative of the entity. The name of the entity must match the one that appears in the CIF. Applications submitted in any other model, or by any other procedure, will not be admitted. 2. Documentation to be submitted with the application: that provided for in the fifth resolution of the call resolution. 3. Payment regime: the payment of the subsidies will be made in the terms established in the ninth resolution of the call resolution, after justification by the beneficiary entity of the project.
