Official description of the call
BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database First. Beneficiary entities 1. Local entities lower than the province of the Valencian Community may access the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this call. 2. Each local entity may only submit a single application to this call for grants. 3. Local entities that fall into any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries. Second. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is the call for the 2024 budget year for subsidies under a competitive competition regime, for the financing of implementation and promotion actions, of the sustainable development objectives within the framework of the 2030 Agenda, to be developed by local entities of the Valencian Community. Third. Eligible actions 1. The initiatives to be subsidized in this call will consist of projects and actions for the implementation and promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals within the framework of the 2030 Agenda at the local level, which may consist of: A- Implementation, territorialization and Urban Agenda Actions, whose maximum eligible amount will be 40,000 euros, which includes: A.1. Projects for the adaptation of municipal strategic plans to the 2030 Agenda. B.- Training, awareness and communication actions, whose maximum eligible amount will be 25,000 euros, which include: B.1. Training, awareness and communication actions aimed at increasing information and knowledge on the part of citizens and multiplying agents (associations, groups, collectives, etc.), on actions to implement the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda, of interest to the Valencian Community. B.2. Training and training actions aimed at personnel serving the requesting entities, with the aim of facilitating the implementation of projects related to the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda. B.3. Actions that aim to increase citizen participation in the development and monitoring of public policies aimed at the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at the municipal level. B.4. Various educational activities that can be carried out both in educational centers and in non-formal education contexts (toy libraries, extracurricular activities, adult schools, youth centers, etc.), which contribute to forming a critical citizenry committed to sustainable development. C- Networking and alliance actions, whose maximum eligible amount will be 25,000 euros, which include: C.1. Actions aimed at creating supra-municipal networks or public-private alliances that involve diverse agents for the shared promotion of the 2030 Agenda at the local level. C.2. Actions that aim to increase citizen participation in the development and monitoring of public policies aimed at the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at the municipal level. Room. Regulatory bases The bases by which this call is governed are those contained in Order 1/2023, of April 28, of the Department of Participation, Transparency, Cooperation and Democratic Quality, which establishes the regulatory bases and the procedure for granting subsidies in matters of implementation and promotion of the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda, in the Valencian Community (DOGV 9588, 05/04/2023) In matters not provided for in said regulation, subsidies will be subject to the basic regulations of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies and its implementing regulations, and to what is established by Law 1/2015, of February 6, of the Generalitat, on public finances, the instrumental public sector and subsidies.
