Call for the granting of a subsidy by the citizen participation delegation for activities of neighborhood associations in 2024

Official description of the call

1. Object and purpose. 1.1- This call, within the framework of the bases approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council in an ordinary session held on March 30, 2012 and published in BOP No. 84 of April 12, 2012, is intended to grant subsidies by the Citizen Participation delegation for activities by neighborhood associations, under a competitive competition regime for the year 2024. 1.2.- The purpose to be achieved with this call is to help neighborhood associations in financing the expenses of activities that accrue during the year 2024. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Neighborhood associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and other Citizen Entities (REMAEC) may apply for a subsidy, provided they comply with the provisions of the General Subsidy Ordinance of the City Council of Alcalá de Guadaíra and in accordance with the respective regulatory bases. 3.Instruction and Resolution. The requests will be resolved by the Local Government Board, at the proposal of the Participation delegation, which will be the one who instructs the procedure. 4.Deadline and place for submitting Applications. Requests will be directed to Mrs. Mayor - President of the Alcalá de Guadaíra City Council, according to Annex 1 of the regulatory bases, accompanied by Annex 2. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Province. The call will be given appropriate publicity in the local media and will be displayed on the Edicts board of the City Council. 5. Resolution and notification period Requests will be resolved within a maximum period of 2 months, notifying the interested entities. This resolution will put an end to the administrative procedure. 6. Valuation. The credit available in the budget item will be distributed linearly to each association requesting the subsidy. In no case may the subsidy be higher than the expenses it intends to finance. 7. Financing and Payment of subsidies. For this call, a credit of 94,700 euros is established from budget application 50201.9242.4890100. The payment of the subsidy will be made in a single installment for the amount granted, by bank transfer, and the beneficiary must communicate the complete code of the bank account where they wish to be paid. The payment will correspond to the activity expenses accrued during fiscal year 2024. 8. Complementary regulations. In everything not specified in this Call, the provisions of the Regulatory Bases published in BOP No. 84 of April 12, 2012, in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, in R. Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of the Law and in the Municipal Ordinance for the Concession of Subsidies.
