Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index and on the IVACE website: http://www.ivace.es First. Beneficiary entities. Legal entities or persons, public or private in nature, including groups without legal personality and communities of property, as well as individual businessmen or entrepreneurs. Installation companies may not be beneficiaries when they are not the owners of the facilities receiving aid. Second. Object. Aid for the promotion of actions aimed at the exploitation of renewable energy resources, charged to the IVACE budget for the year 2024. Supportable actions may be the following: Biomass actions (field treatment and delivery tanks) Biomass actions (pellet/briquette/chip production plants) Photovoltaic solar energy actions (isolated from the grid) Actions of mixed wind and photovoltaic (isolated from the grid) · Wind energy actions (isolated from the grid) · Mini-hydraulic energy actions (isolated from the grid) Third. Regulatory bases. Order 19/2016, of October 19, of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid from the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) in the field of renewable energies and biofuels (DOGV no. 7903, of October 25, 2016). Room. Amount. The total budget of the call will be 1,000,000 euros. The planned aid may be financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the Operational Program of the Valencian Community 2021-2027, within political objective 2 “A greener, low-carbon Europe, with zero net carbon emissions and resilient”, with the co-financing percentage to be determined. The aid is considered a subsidy and has an intensity of up to 45% of the eligible cost of the project. However, the aid intensity may be increased by up to 10 percentage points for aid to medium-sized companies and by up to 20 percentage points for aid to small businesses, town councils, public entities and non-profit entities and institutions with respect to their non-economic activities, with a maximum of 200,000 euros per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this extract of the resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) and will end on June 13, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. Sixth. Other data. 1. Applications: electronically according to the standardized model available on the website. 2. Documentation: that provided for in article 7 of the call. 3. Only new projects and/or installations that consist of new and unused equipment will be considered eligible. 4. The project subject to subsidy must be located within the territory of the Valencian Community. 5. For a project to be approved, it must have a minimum score of 20 points. 6. Form of justification: in the terms provided in article 12 of the call. The projects must be started after the date of submission of the aid application, so that the proof of expenditure and payment must be dated after that date.
