BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans Likewise, it is available at the web address: http://www.inclusio.gva.es/web/igualdad-diversidad First. Beneficiary entities. Entities that meet the requirements indicated in article 2 of Order 6/2020, of December 9, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies (DOGV no. 8973, of December 11, 2020) and its subsequent corrections dated January 14, 2021 (DOGV no. 9000, of January 19, 2021) and February 11, 2021 (DOGV no. 9019, February 12, 2021). Projects that have already been fully financed by this or another administration are not eligible. Second. Object. Financing programs of general interest regarding diversity, through the projects listed in Annex A of the resolution and those others of general interest proposed by entities aimed at further promoting and developing the value of diversity, equality, and non-discrimination. The call is aimed at the group of lesbian, gay, trans, bisexual and intersex LGTBI people, gypsy people, migrants, equal treatment and victims of hate violence. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 6/2020, of December 9, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to non-profit entities to finance projects to support equality in diversity (DOGV no. 8973, of December 11, 2020), modified by the error corrections published in DOGV 9000, of 01/19/2021 and DOGV 9019, dated 02/12/2021. Room. Budget allocation. The estimated maximum amount to be financed is as follows: Line name: Promotion of equality. Purpose: Provide support to programs and actions aimed at achieving equality for LGTBI people in all areas, especially those considered priorities in the Valencian Strategy for LGTBI equality. Subsidy line: S0316 Amount: €330,000.00 Fifth. Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 days from the day following the publication of this resolution in the DOGV. Sixth. Form of presentation. Exclusively by electronic means: https://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=95728, attaching the documents indicated in the call. Seventh. Evaluation criteria. They are established in article 5 of Order 6/2020, of December 9, of the Vice Presidency and Ministry of Equality and Inclusive Policies (DOGV no. 8973, of December 11, 2020). Eighth. Justification. Through the presentation of economic documentation justifying the amount granted and an explanatory report on the subsidized project.
