Official description of the call
First.-Beneficiaries. Legally constituted public or private persons or entities, groups of natural and legal persons without legal personality established to achieve the purposes indicated as the object of the subsidy, as well as individual athletes may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in these Rules. Second.-Object. The purpose of this call is to grant, on a competitive basis, financial aid for its recipients to carry out the following activities: 2.1.- Promotion of Educational activities: Schooling, monitoring and control of school absenteeism, promotion of the comprehensive development of the student in aspects such as quality of life, self-determination, cognitive stimulation, communication, personal and social skills, interdependence, educational support and reinforcement, instrumental and cultural linguistic insertion, preparation and provision of consumable materials, mediation activities that promote the approach of families to educational centers, socio-educational activities such as camps, excursions, ... that promote the interaction of all students regardless of their conditions/circumstances, cultural or sports performances to be carried out in the field of public educational centers located in the municipal district of A Laracha, either by the educational centers themselves, or by the Student Associations of the centers, or by the Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students of the themselves. 2.2- Promotion of cultural activities: These are understood as activities such as celebrations, tributes, exhibitions, publications, contests, contests, samples, excursions, musical events, meetings, foliadas, conferences, studies, and, in general, any activity of conservation, promotion and dissemination of cultural values. 2.3.- Promotion of sports activities: This section aims to promote and support the performance of physical or sports activities. This being understood as activities such as the promotion of sports schools, courses, federated and non-federated competitions, sports campuses, tournaments, championships, and in general, activities related to the promotion of sports. BUDGET CREDIT The expense derived from the subsidies will be allocated to the following applications and for the amounts indicated: Application Purpose Amount 320,489.00 Promotion of Educational activities €10,000 334,489.00 Promotion of cultural activities €34,500 341,489.00 Promotion of sports activities €88,000 TOTAL: €132,500 Notwithstanding the above, if there are savings between the previous applications included in this joint call and they are in the same linking pool, the remaining amount may be used to increase the amount of the remaining applications subject to the joint limit that is established for the entire call. Activities subject to subsidy under these Rules will be those carried out in the period between January 1 and November 30, 2024. These subsidies are compatible with aid/subsidies from other public or private organizations. The sum of the amounts of these aid/subsidies may not exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. Third.-Regulatory bases. This call is governed by the Regulatory Bases approved by mayoral resolution, published, in addition to in the BDNS (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/763523), in the electronic headquarters of the A Laracha City Council: https://sede.alaracha.gal/sxc/es/ Cuarto.-Cuantía. 132,500.00 euros Fifth.-Deadline for submitting applications. One month counting from the day following the publication, by the National Subsidies Database, of the extract of the call for the Rules in the Official Gazette of the Province.
