Official description of the call
First.-Object: The purpose of this Call is to grant study aid to those students of the “Isabel Perillán y Quirós” Institute who, while enrolled in the 2nd year of Baccalaureate, had excellent academic records and fewer financial resources. Second.- Beneficiaries: Aimed at: students enrolled at the IES Isabel Perillán y Quirós in the 2024/2025 academic year in the 2nd year of Baccalaureate, either the ordinary or in the distance baccalaureate, who meet the following conditions: They are going to pursue university studies in the 2024-2025 academic year. They must have at least an 8 as their average grade for the Baccalaureate. That the per capita income in 2023 does not exceed €10,000. That no member who is part of the family unit has payment debts in the executive period with the Campo de Criptana City Council. That the requirements established in this call are met in all cases and that they are not subject to any of the causes of prohibition to access the status of beneficiary established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Third.- Regulatory bases: The stated call complies in its content with the General Ordinance Regulating the Bases for the granting of subsidies of the Campo de Criptana City Council approved by Plenary on May 7, 2021, (B.O.P. no. 124 of July 1, 2021), Local Regime Legislation and Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of Subsidies and Development Regulations, the provisions of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and Law 40/2015 of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, also apply. Fourth.- Evaluation criteria: Those contained in the Call itself. Fifth- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 business days, counted from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province.
