EXTRACT FROM MAYORAL DECREE NO. 2024/1778 DATED MAY 28, 2024, WHICH APPROVES THE SPECIFIC REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR 2024 GRANTS, UNDER A REGIME OF COMPETITIVE COMPETITION, TO ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF CITIZEN PARTICIPATION. (File 2262/2024) First. Beneficiaries. In general, non-profit Citizen Participation Associations, duly constituted or in the process of doing so and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Alcalá la Real, may apply for these subsidies. Associations that want to apply for this call must meet the following requirements: Be legally constituted entities or be in process and be non-profit. Be duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. Be up to date with tax obligations with the Alcalá la Real City Council, the Tax Agency and Social Security. Not have pending reimbursement or justification, outside the established deadlines, other subsidies granted by the Alcalá la Real City Council. Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies indicated in article 13 of the LGS. The following are excluded: Youth associations AMPAs. Sports associations and clubs. The Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods. Cultural associations. The mayors of the Alcalá municipality for the celebration of the patron saint festivities of their villages. Entities that develop social welfare projects. Second. Purpose. Promote citizen participation in the municipality of Alcalá la Real, financing cultural projects/activities linked to any of the following subjects: Projects or activities of a training and/or informative nature. Projects or activities that promote healthy habits. Projects that promote open spaces for debate, exchange of ideas and preparation of proposals. Projects and activities that promote personal development. Traditional projects or activities recognized over several years in the neighborhood and with an impact on the locality. Projects and activities that represent a real alternative for the young people of Alcalá la Real. Activities to stimulate participation in the social and public life of Alcalá la Real Projects that promote equality between men and women. Excluded are those projects/activities that, directly or indirectly, are or have been financed, in whole or in part, by other Councilors through any other budget concept of this Third City Council. Regulatory Bases The bases applicable to this call appear on the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council: https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/doc/3FCP76ZJ2D4PSP4D3LCE9G6WE/.7, and on its website https://alcalalareal.es/ and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) Fourth. Amount The budget allocation for the aid regulated in these bases will be a maximum global amount of €12,000.00, euros, which is the amount of the subsidy, which is allocated to the budget application 924 48900 “CITIZEN PARTICIPATION SUBSIDIES” of the expenditure budget for 2024 and in accordance with the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2024-2026 approved by Decree of Mayor's Office 2024-1683 of May 22, 2024. In application of the provisions of article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies -RGS-, an additional amount is established equivalent to the increase in the budgetary credit available as a result of the modification of credits that, if applicable, is carried out, being conditional to the declaration of its availability before proceeding to grant aid for this additional amount. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. Applications must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN of the Province through the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council, https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/ in accordance with the standardized model inserted on the City Council's website www.alcalalareal.es. A single application will be submitted for each applicant Association or Entity. Applications must be processed.
