Official description of the call

BDNS (765452) First. Beneficiaries: Minors who during the 2024-2025 academic year are enrolled in one of the four public Early Childhood and Primary Education Centers (CEIP) of the municipality, whose family income “per capita” is less than €9,000, may be beneficiaries of the aid. Second. Purpose: The aid will only cover the expenses generated by attending the school cafeteria of the Educational Center in which the minor is enrolled, during the midday meal. The aid granting system will be competitive. The aid will be granted at the request of a party and will be finalist in nature, being used only for the purpose for which it was granted. Third. Regulatory Bases: Call and regulatory bases for the granting of financial aid to cover the costs of financial aid to cover the costs of school meals for minors enrolled during the 2024-25 school year in one of the Early Childhood and Primary Education Centers (CEIP) of the municipality of Ciempozuelos. (www.ayto-ciempozuelos.org) Fourth. Amount. The maximum global amount allocated to the call for the aid regulated in these bases for the 2024-2025 academic year amounts to the amount of €150,000, which will be financed from the budget applications of program 320.0, subconcept 480.02 "General Administration of Education. Social Aid." Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The general deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID Sixth.-Other information. Applications must be submitted duly completed and accompanied by the corresponding documents in any of the places provided for. They will be presented or sent in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. If the application does not include all the required documentation or the submitted document suffers from some formal defect, the City Council will require the interested party to, within the non-extendable period of ten business days, provide the required documents or correct the lack, with the warning that, if they do not do so, their application will be considered withdrawn, following a resolution that must be issued in the terms provided for in article 68 of Law 39/2015. from October 1st. The application for correcting documentation related to meal assistance must be completed and signed by the same person who submitted the application (mother/father or legal guardian).
