Extract from the agreement of the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, dated June 4, 2024, approving the call for aid for the Digital Town Halls Program. First.- Beneficiaries: Municipalities and Eatims of the province of Ciudad Real with less than 5,000 inhabitants, who request it in accordance with the content of this call and the Regulations regulating the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan, may benefit from this Plan. Second.- Object The purpose of this call is to grant aid to Municipalities and Eatims for the acquisition of applications and tools that contribute to the digital transformation of City Councils and facilitate citizens' access to municipal public services. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are established in the Regulatory Regulation of the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council in a session of April 29, 2022 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 121, of the following June 24. Fourth.- Award criteria: The maximum amount that each municipality and Eatim can obtain appears in Annex I of the call. The assigned amounts are determined by objective criteria (fixed amount for all municipalities and Eatims, in accordance with the latest official population figures approved by the INE). Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications ends on July 15, 2024.
