Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: This public call will subsidize the current expenses of citizen entities, whose registered office is located in the Southern District, and are registered on the deadline for submitting applications in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of the Seville City Council. In the event that there is a contradiction between the address that appears in the Registry of Citizen Entities and the one that appears in the application made, the one that appears in the Registry of Citizen Entities will prevail. Second. Object. This call is intended to cover general operating expenses related to the period from January 1 to August 31, 2024 inclusive, of those entities that meet the requirements and develop the purposes described above, and must be used to cover current operating expenses of the EECCs. The expenses to be borne will be exclusively the following concepts referring to the headquarters of the Citizen Entity: - Expenses derived from the rental of the entity's headquarters. - Electrical consumption. - Telephone and Internet connection expenses. In this type of expense, the invoice will be accompanied by a statement from the legitimate representative of the Citizen Entity that certifies that said consumption is essential for its operation and that it has been used in the entity's own efforts and not for the personal use of its members. Regarding invoices presented in electronic format, a responsible declaration must be attached that certifies the authenticity and integrity of the invoices provided and that these have not been and will not be applied to the justification of any other public or private aid. In no case may the cost of providing the service of the above eligible expenses be higher than the market value. EXPENSES EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED: In no case will the following expenses be subsidized: - Inventory expenses or investments. - Expenses on water consumption. - Expenses for meals or protocol services. - Acquisition of stationery materials, computer consumables, newsletters, magazines, newspapers, web pages. -Any other not included in the above whose nature does not respond to those listed above. Third. Regulatory bases. The subsidies referred to in this Call, in addition to what is provided for in it, will be governed by the basic precepts established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in its implementing Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, as well as by the provisions of the Regulation that regulates the procedures applicable to subsidies granted by the City Council of Seville. (BOP no. 161, of July 14, 2005). General Ordinance approving the regulatory bases of the subsidies granted by the City Council of Seville through the concession procedure under a competitive concurrence regime (BOP No. 161, of July 14, 2005), Bases for Execution of the current Budget of the Excmo. Seville City Council Fourth. Amount. The aid for expenses to be subsidized by this Call will be financed from the credit entered in the budget application 02205-33402-48900 of the current municipal budget, for a total amount of €13,000.00 with the year 2024 as a time limit. The aid will be processed and granted in accordance with the scale and according to the criteria established up to the limit of the budgetary credit available for this Call. The aid will be granted to the requesting entities once all accepted applications have been evaluated. The amount of the subsidy awarded may not exceed either of these two limits: - It will not exceed €1,000.00 validly accredited during the investigation by the entity with invoices corresponding to supplies received from January to August 2024, nor be less than €100.00. - It may not exceed the amount validly accredited during the investigation, that is, the amount made up by the Processing Unit, verified with the initial application and in accordance with the provisions of the seventh section of the Call. This aid will be incompatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid or income or resources for the same purpose/expense, coming from any Administration or public or private entities, national, from the European Union or from international organizations.
