Official description of the call
Extract from the Mayor's Resolution Decree 2024/3560 dated June 5, 2024, which approves the call for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime to municipal Entities and Associations of a Citizen Participation nature, fiscal year 2024. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 of law 38/2003 of 17 November, General of Subsidies, the extract of the "Public Call for the Concession of Subsidies in a Regime of Competitive Concurrence to Municipal Entities and Associations of a Citizen Participation Nature, fiscal year 2024" is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) The Oliva City Council makes public the Call for Subsidies for the year 2024, for a maximum amount of €7,000 intended for Entities and/or Associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of Oliva, of a Citizen Participation nature, the promotion and social revitalization aimed at increasing associations, in accordance with the provisions of the Bases that Regulate the Granting of Subsidies by the Oliva City Council through Competitive Concurrence Procedure, intended to Municipal Citizen Participation Entities, approved by the plenary session of the City Council, in an ordinary session held on April 30, 2020 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia number 98, dated May 25, 2020. The financial aid will be intended to: 1.- Subsidize part of the total expenses as a result of the usual or ordinary activities of the Associations. 2.- Establish certain collaboration frameworks between the requesting entities and the Oliva City Council through the signing of collaboration agreements. REQUIREMENTS: Be legally constituted as an Association. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Oliva as an Association of Citizen Participation. Not incur any of the causes of prohibition provided for in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Be up to date, if you have previously received subsidies from the Oliva City Council, in compliance with the obligations contracted by such concession. Be up to date with compliance with Tax, Social Security and tax obligations with the Oliva City Council. The Entities will have to comply with all the requirements contemplated in the Municipal Ordinance Regulating the Granting of Subsidies of September 25, 2018 and in the Bases that Regulate the Granting of Grants by the Oliva City Council, through the Competitive Concurrence Procedure intended for Municipal Citizen Participation Entities. DEADLINE: In accordance with that provided in base 8. point 3, of the Bases that Regulate the Granting of Subsidies by the Oliva City Council through the Competitive Concurrence procedure intended for Municipal Citizen Participation Entities, the deadline for submitting Applications will be ten business days, counting from the day after their publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. The Applications will be submitted electronically at the Electronic Headquarters of the Oliva City Council. APPLICATION MODELS AND INFORMATION The interested Entities and/or Associations, within the indicated term, may obtain the corresponding application models on the municipal website (https://www.oliva.es/va/pagina/participacio-ciutadana-1) or at the Citizen Participation offices of the Oliva City Council during 9 a.m. hours. to 2 p.m. where they can also make any queries they consider.
