BDNS (Identif.)........... First. Beneficiaries Local entities and non-profit entities that are owners of public spaces and/or buildings of public attendance in the Valencian Community. Second. Purpose Actions to improve the conditions of accessibility to the physical environment, through the elimination of barriers in the following areas and lines of action: a) Acquisition of equipment to eliminate barriers in public spaces and elements for public use: - Equipment in public buildings of public or private ownership, belonging to local entities or non-profit entities intended for the social action of people with disabilities or with the right of use in favor of said non-profit entities, through the establishment of mechanisms and alternatives techniques. - Equipment intended for accessible beach points to facilitate universal accessibility. - Equipment intended for urban public parks to facilitate universal accessibility. - Promotion of the accessibility of communication, establishing mechanisms and technical alternatives that make communication and signaling systems accessible in the above areas. b) Adaptation works of urban beaches on accessible beaches. Third. Regulatory Bases Order 1/2016, of January 20, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid and subsidies in terms of care for people with functional diversity, promotion of personal autonomy and accessibility, published in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Community no. 7705, of January 26, 2016 and modified by Order 3/2019, of July 23 (DOGV no. 8600, of 07.26.2019) and by Order 1/2022 of July 13, of the Vice Presidency and Ministry of Equality and Inclusive Policies (DOGV no. 9385, of 07/18/2022). Room. Amount. 1. The subsidies awarded, under this call, are endowed with a global amount of 398,776.65 euros. 2. The maximum amount that may be granted to each entity will be 50% of the amount of the project for which the subsidy is requested and for a maximum amount of €30,000. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days, counting from the day following the publication of this resolution in extract in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Other data. 1. The subsidies contained in this call will be granted from the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024. 2. Applications. Subsidy applications will be submitted exclusively electronically. 3. Documentation: that provided for in resolution Five of the call resolution. 4.
