Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries 1. The beneficiaries of this aid will be the persons legally responsible for students aged 0 to 3 years enrolled in centers, with the ultimate recipient of the aid being these students, who will have the cost of schooling financed, in accordance with the conditions established in this order. 2. The recipients will be the students who, at the end of the application submission period, meet the requirements and obligations established in the eleventh base. Students born after the end of the application submission period and with a deadline of December 31, 2024, who meet the requirements and obligations established in the eleventh base, will also be recipients. Second. Purpose To establish the regulatory bases for financial aid intended for the schooling of students from 0 to 3 years old, enrolled in authorized private early childhood education centers, hereinafter centers, and in authorized municipal nursery schools, hereinafter municipal schools, of the Valencian Community, for the total financing of the cost of schooling, in the 2024-2025 academic year and to convene, for the 2024-2025 school year, the financial aid for schooling in municipal first cycle centers and schools in the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory Bases Order of the Department of Education, Universities and Employment, jointly approving the regulatory bases and the call for the granting of financial aid for schooling in authorized Early Childhood Education centers and municipal first cycle nursery schools of the Valencian Community corresponding to the 2024-2025 academic year. Room. Financing 1. The maximum global amount allocated for this call is 162,981,085.92 euros, distributed in the following annuities: - Fiscal year 2024: the part corresponding to the first four months of the 2024-2025 school year (September to December 2024) for a maximum global amount of 65,192,434.37 euros. The payment will be made from line S0363, of the subprogram 422A00 Primary Education of the management center G01090201, provided for in the current Budget Law of the Generalitat. - Fiscal year 2025: the part corresponding to the following six months of the 2024-2025 school year (January to June 2025), for a maximum global amount of 97,788,651.55 euros charged to the same line of subsidy, which will be conditional on the existence of sufficient and adequate budgetary credit in the budgets of the Generalitat for the fiscal year 2025, as provided for in the Law 1/2015, of February 6, of Public Finance, of the Instrumental Public Sector and of Subsidies. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications 1. For students aged 0 to 3 years enrolled in centers: The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this order. Failure to comply with the deadline for submitting applications will determine exclusion from the call. Exceptionally, these deadlines will not apply in the cases established in the fourteenth base of the bases order. Documentation proving the alleged cause will be attached to the application submitted outside these deadlines, as well as the justification for the impossibility of submitting the application within the established deadline. 2. For municipal schools: The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this order. Failure to comply with this deadline will determine exclusion from the call.
