Official description of the call
BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Order is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the BDNS (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First. Call. Subsidies aimed at promoting sports at school age and for people with disabilities, in the activity carried out by sports clubs and sports sections of Andalusia (FCD modality), are being called for the 2024 financial year, under a competitive competition regime. Second. Beneficiaries. Sports clubs and Andalusian sports sections that submit an application within the indicated deadlines and comply with the requirements established in the corresponding regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of the subsidies called for in this Order. Third. Object. Promote the organization of sports schools and/or participation in official federated sports competitions aimed at school age and people with disabilities, in sports clubs and sports sections of Andalusia. The principle of equality established in Law 12/2007, of November 26, for the promotion of gender equality in Andalusia will be taken into account. Room. Regulatory bases. This call is regulated by the Order of May 16, 2018, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at promoting sport at school age and for people with disabilities, in the activity carried out by the sports clubs and sports sections of Andalusia (FCD modality) (BOJA no. 99, of May 24, 2018). Fifth. Amount. The maximum amount of the budget credit for the 2024 call amounts to 500,000.00 euros. The maximum percentage per beneficiary will be 100% of the budget of the subsidized activity. The maximum global amount allocated in the call will be prorated based on the proportion that corresponds to each applicant according to the points assessment obtained, among the beneficiaries of the subsidy. If there is a surplus amount after the distribution, successive redistributions will be made in the same manner described until the total distribution of the credit. The distribution of the maximum amount stipulated in the previous section between the different provinces of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, as areas of competitive competition for the aid that is called, is as follows: Almería: €48,885.00 Cádiz: €60,760.00 Córdoba: €62,355.00 Granada: €63,960.00 Huelva: €43,150.00 Jaén: €41,900.00 Malaga: €81,440.00 Seville: €97,550.00 Total: €500,000.00 The budget allocation is made, in its entirety, with a charge to credits from the year 2024. Sixth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the day on which this extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía. Applications may be submitted in the places and registers established in article 11 of the Order of May 16, 2018, in relation to section 10 of the Summary Table of said Order. Seventh. Requirement of article 13.5 of Organic Law 1/1996, of January 15, on Legal Protection of Minors. Requirement, where appropriate, for a responsible declaration that all personnel responsible for carrying out these tasks have the Negative Certificate from the Central Registry of sexual offenders, as contemplated in the Order calling for the subsidy.
