Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities specialized in the development of social and labor insertion itineraries and training to improve personal and labor skills and knowledge of new technologies aimed at young unemployed people who left school at an early age and are outside the educational system will be beneficiaries. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to promote, on a competitive basis, the granting of subsidies, in favor of non-profit entities, for the development of projects aimed at improving the employability and socio-labor insertion of young people under 30 years of age, registered in the city of Madrid, unemployed and outside the educational system, through individualized employability itineraries that include personalized monitoring with support and tutoring. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of these subsidies are established by the Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies approved by Agreement of the Plenary of the City Council dated October 30, 2013, published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 278, dated November 22, 2013. Fourth. Amount The total amount allocated to this call is estimated at three million six hundred thousand euros (€3,600,000), of which one million eight hundred thousand euros (€1,800,000) will be for the year 2024 and one million eight hundred thousand euros (€1,800,000) for the year 2025, charged to the budget application. 503/140/241.03/489.01 "Transfer to non-profit institutions" of the Budget of the Madrid Employment Agency for the year 2024 and that corresponding to 2025. The subsidy to be granted for each project and annuity is four hundred and fifty thousand euros (€450,000). Under this call, a total of four multi-year projects will be awarded, following the order of priority established in the evaluation of the applications submitted Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM). Sixth. Other data The evaluation of the applications will be carried out by evaluating the data related to the entity, the project presented and the proposal to improve committed objectives. The maximum score may be 100 points, of which 16 correspond to the section related to the requesting entity, 60 to the project presented and 24 to the improvement of committed objectives.
