BDNS (773535): De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b) y 20.8.a) de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). Primero. Ampliación del crédito presupuestario disponible para la ejecución de las actuaciones de embellecimiento viario municipal del 2024. Ampliar el crédito presupuestario disponible de la anualidad 2024 en 16.000.000 euros, para atender las obligaciones de contenido económico que se deriven de la concesión de las ayudas que se regulan en el Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno, de 29 de mayo de 2024 por el que se aprueban las normas reguladoras del procedimiento de concesión directa de subvenciones a municipios de la Comunidad de Madrid de menos de 20.000 habitantes, para la ejecución de las actuaciones de embellecimiento viario municipal para el período 2024- 2026, por lo que se modifica la declaración del crédito presupuestario disponible en el ejercicio 2024 hasta un importe total de 26.000.000€ El crédito disponible será con cargo al subconcepto 76309 "Corporaciones Locales" del programa presupuestario 942O- "Reequilibrio Territorial", de los Presupuestos Generales de la Comunidad de Madrid para 2024. Segundo. Efectos de la orden. La presente orden producirá efectos al día siguiente al de su publicación en el «Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad de Madrid».
