Official description of the call
First: Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases applicable to this procedure are established in the General Subsidies Ordinance published in the BOPZ No. no. 158, dated July 11, 2020 (Modified in the plenary session of January 28, 2021 and published in BOPZ no. 67 of March 24, 2021). Second: Budget Application. This subsidy is attributed to the budget application 2024.3340.48102 Concurrency Subsidy Promotion of Culture, in the amount of €12,000. The amount of the subsidy will not be increased. Third: Object, conditions and purpose. The purpose of the subsidy is the promotion of culture in the municipality, with the aim of creating an associative fabric of a cultural nature and facilitating development. Fourth: Concession regime. The granting of subsidies will be carried out through competitive competition. The total amount of the subsidy will be distributed proportionally based on the score obtained by each beneficiary. Fifth: Requirements of the beneficiaries and way of accrediting them. Non-profit cultural and religious associations and entities of the municipality of Alagón that are duly registered in the corresponding Public Registry and in the registry of associations of the Alagón City Council, prior to the date of this call, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Those Entities that do not have their registered office in Alagón are expressly excluded. Beneficiaries must have their own CIF. These requirements will be accredited by means of a certificate of registration in the corresponding Public Registry and a copy of the CIF. Failure to comply with these requirements will be cause for non-granting of the subsidy Sixth: Deadline, place and form of submission of the application The deadline for submission of applications will be 10 days from the date of publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza. Subsidy applications, in accordance with the standardized model that accompanies this call (ANNEX I), and the documentation mentioned below, must be addressed to the Mayor-President of the Alagón City Council, and, in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, must be submitted to the General Registry of the City Council by electronic means through the Electronic Headquarters of the Alagón City Council https://alagon.sedelectronica.es/ The reformulation of the applications will not be possible. The documentation that will accompany the application is the following: 1) Certificate of registration in the Registry of Associations of Aragon or corresponding Public Registry. 2º) Statutes 3º) Copy of the CIF. 4º) Responsible declaration accrediting the requirements of art 13 of the LGS to obtain the status of beneficiary (ANNEX II). 5º) Certificate of being up to date with tax obligations, with Social Security, and the Alagón City Council (the latter will be carried out ex officio by the City Council). 6º) Documentation accrediting the distribution criteria (clause 10) 7º) Completed third party form (ANNEX III). Sections 1, 2 and 3 will not have to be provided if they are already in the possession of the current administration and have not been subject to variation since their last presentation, provided that the date and the body or agency in which they were presented are stated and no more than four years have passed since they were presented. Seventh: Competent bodies for instruction, assessment and resolution. The competent body for the instruction will be an official from the Alagón City Council. Once the documentary correctness of the applications has been verified, the examining body will ex officio carry out whatever actions it deems necessary to verify and study the data related to the eligible action and compliance with the applicant's conditions to be a beneficiary of the subsidy. The assessment commission will have a technical nature and will be made up of at least three members. It will carry out the examination of the applications and prepare a report that will include the application of the assessment criteria and the resulting preferential order.
