Official description of the call

By Agreement of the Governing Council of the Autonomous Organization of Culture, in a session held on July 10, 2024, the Call for aid to the students of the municipal music school for the 2023-2024 school year was approved, in the following terms: Regulatory Bases: GENERAL REGULATORY BASES OF AID TO THE STUDENTS OF THE MUNICIPAL MUSIC SCHOOL OF SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE published in the B.O.P. of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Bulletin No. 86 of July 17, 2024. Budgetary credit: The financing of the aid regulated in these regulations will be carried out under the budgetary application L5220 33420 48180 of the OAC budget in force, its granting being conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of its approval. The contribution will necessarily be used to finance the purpose of the subsidy and will be adjusted to the maximum amounts indicated in the following section. Other concepts other than those expressly indicated will not be eligible for subsidies; Likewise, the amounts established in the following point constitute the maximum limit of aid that the beneficiaries may receive. Maximum total amount of the call: The financial allocation for these financial aid amounts to FIVE THOUSAND EUROS (€5,000) in accordance with the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2023-2024 of the Hon. Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council and its organizations, Line of Action with reference 131 “Aid for Students of the Municipal Music School” The maximum amount to be granted to each beneficiary will correspond to the amount that the student-applicant for the aid has actually paid for the registration of the municipal music school for the 2023-2024 school year. Object, conditions and purpose: The purpose of this call for aid is to ensure real access to musical training and practice for students and families who find themselves in any of the situations described in base 9 and to reward the economic efforts made in paying the registration fee for the music school of Santa Cruz de Tenerife during the 2023-2024 school year. Regime: The granting of these subsidies is carried out on a competitive basis and will be carried out by comparing the applications submitted, in order to establish a priority between them, in accordance with the assessment criteria established in Base 9 weighted as determined and specified in this Call, also proceeding, in the case so provided, to the proration among the beneficiaries of the subsidy of the maximum global amount established as a limit in the Call. Requirements to apply for aid: Be enrolled in the Municipal School of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the 2023-2024 school year and have paid the tuition fee corresponding to said course, as well as the requirements provided for in Base 6 of the regulations governing aid to students of the Municipal School of Music. Competent Bodies: The competence for the organization and instruction of the subsidy granting procedure corresponds to the Head of Service of the OAC, in accordance with base 4. The competent body for the granting of the subsidy is the Governing Council of the OAC. Form, Deadline and place of submission: The applications, with the formalities established in Rules 4 and 5, will be formalized in the official form attached to this call (Annex I) and must be presented within the period of TWENTY (20) BUSINESS DAYS counted from the day following the publication of the extract of this Call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife; On the same date of this announcement, the Call will be published on the electronic headquarters and on the Edict Board of the City Council. In accordance with the provisions of article 20.8 of the General Subsidies Law and in application of the principles included in Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, the publication of this Call will be carried out through the National Subsidies Database.
