Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary entities: As established in the Fifth Provision of the call, those private non-profit entities that meet the following requirements may apply for the subsidies regulated in this call: 1. Have the capacity to act and be formally constituted in accordance with their specific regulations, if applicable. 2. Prove that its object is directly related to the aims and objectives of this call. 3. Not incur in any of the circumstances that make you unable to contract or formalize agreements with the Administration, provided for in article 71 of the Public Sector Contracts Law and the Subsidies Regulations of the Seville City Council. Be registered in the Official Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of the Seville City Council and those other Public Registries that, due to the social and/or productive activity they carry out, are mandatory. 4. Have correctly justified any previous subsidy granted by the Seville City Council, within the regulatory deadlines. 5. Establish the amount of the request/s within the limit determined in the previous provision. In the exceptional event that the cost of the project exceeds the established limits, other sources of financing must be specified to cover the entire expense. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate subsidies from the Area of ​​Preferential Care and Social Rights Neighborhoods under a competitive competition regime to private non-profit entities, which develop social action projects that complement the actions of the Municipal Social Services within the framework of their powers and resources, related to the care of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion in terms of food care, in the territories in which said need is sufficiently verified. The main purpose of the call is to establish ways of collaboration between the social initiative and the Local Administration to respond continuously, throughout the execution period established by this call, to the social needs and problems that affect people and groups in a situation or at risk of social exclusion, who lack sufficient economic resources and the necessary means to meet their food needs. Third. Regulatory bases. The General Ordinance approving the regulatory bases for subsidies granted by the City Council of Seville through the competitive bidding concession procedure, dated June 16, 2005 (B.O.P. no. 161, dated July 14, 2005). The text of the “Call for subsidies for social action projects to cover food needs in the city of Seville” during the 2025 year, which establishes the regulatory standards in accordance with the aforementioned Ordinance. Room. Amount. The granting of subsidies will be limited to the existence of budget availability in the financial year 2025, with a total amount of 725,000.00 euros expected to be allocated to this call, which will be allocated to the future budget of 2025, budget application 03101-23104-48901/25, conditional on the existence of sufficient and adequate budget credit for this purpose in the budget of the mentioned fiscal year 2025. The entities competing in this call may only submit one project per Entity, with a maximum eligible per project of €150,000.00. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the BOP. Subsidy applications must be submitted in accordance with Annexes I and II of the call, in electronic format in accordance with the provisions of Art. 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, through the electronic headquarters of the Seville City Council, sending the documentation to the RIES Registry 02300.
