Official description of the call
First.-Object. Call for aid provided for in Regulation (EU) No 2021/1139, of July 7, relating to the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, in relation to the third priority: “Promote a blue economy in coastal, inland and island areas, and pursue the development of fishing and aquaculture communities”, for the application of the participatory local development strategy approved to the Local Fisheries and Aquaculture Action Group of the Region of Murcia" (Galpemur), by Order of December 29, 2023 (BORM no. 7 of January 10, 2024). Second.-Beneficiaries. All natural or legal persons, both for-profit and non-profit, communities of property or any other type of grouping of the former, as well as local entities, may be beneficiaries of the aid, provided that they meet the general requirements established in the order of bases of July 19, 2024, as well as the specific requirements for the corresponding aid. Third.-Regulatory Bases. Order of July 19, 2024 of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries establishing the regulatory bases for the granting of public aid for projects under the participatory local development strategy of the "Local Action Group for Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Region of Murcia", within the Framework of the Program of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (FEMPA). (BORM No. 170 of July 23, 2024). €2,875,000.00, of which €1,250,000.00 correspond to 2024, €875,000.00 correspond to 2025 and €750,000.00 for 2026, which are distributed as follows: Investments Local Entities €345,000.00: €150,000.00 (2024), €105,000.00 (2025), €90,000.00 (2026) Current expenses Local Entities €230,000.00: €100,000.00 (2024), €70,000.00 (2025), 60,000.00 (2026) Investments Non-profit entities €805,000.00: €350,000.00 (2024), €245,000.00 (2025), 210,000.00 (2026) Current expenses Non-profit entities €345,000.00: €150,000.00 (2024), €105,000.00 (2025), €90,000.00 (2026) Corporate Investments €1,035,000.00: €450,000.00 (2024), €315,000.00 (2025), 270,000.00 (2026) Current expenses Companies €115,000.00: €50,000.00 (2024), €35,000.00 (2025), 30,000.00 (2026) The maximum amount of aid per beneficiary is specified in the Selection Criteria for the granting of aid within the framework of the Operational Program of the FEMPA approved by the Monitoring Committee. Sixth.-Justification and payment. The maximum deadline for submitting justification by the beneficiary for carrying out the activity is, with respect to projects that must end in 2024, November 30, and with regard to multi-year projects, until November 30, 2025 or 2026, as the case may be. subsidized.
